Morning Melody: An Introduction Concert - Kick off the day with a spellbinding introduction concert, where the violin, viola, and cello come alive in the hands of professional musicians. Guided by Milly (Open Doors Creative Arts Officer), you’ll explore the unique sounds of each instrument, from their soaring highs to their soulful lows. Discover the Craft - Step into the Tudor Hall and peer inside the instruments to see the intricate craftsmanship behind its beautiful sound. You might even try your hand at a stage of making an instrument yourself!
Hands-on Fun - Meet the team from Inspire Music, grab an instrument, and experience the joy of making music yourself. Whether you’re a beginner or a budding virtuoso, this is your chance to play!
Afternoon Concert - As the day progresses, enjoy another chance to hear the stunning string quartet perform in the Tudor Hall and to hear a live classical guitarist in an informal concert.
Special Opportunity for Young People - If you’re aged between 5 and 25, make your day even more memorable by completing your Trinity College London Discover Arts Award! Engage with the day’s activities and earn a special recognition for your artistic exploration.
