Here be monsters!
The Fighting Nightingales return with another delightfully absurd evening of history, myth, music and mayhem as the infamous 17th-century rogue academic Professor Edvard von Goosechaser presents his annual lecture on all things supernatural.
Discover what happened when a mighty Roman army came face to face with a terrifying water dragon. Learn how a disgraced Irish monk supposedly defeated the Loch Ness Monster. Uncover why a poodle may have been the most feared creature in 17th-century Europe. And perhaps most importantly of all, decide whether you'd rather go on a date with Sinbad the Sailor or Circe the Sorceress.
Joined by his mysterious musical companion Marco, the Professor will attempt to answer these vital questions through a whirlwind of folklore, monsters, history and comedy.
Known for their inventive performances and tongue-in-cheek approach to history, The Fighting Nightingales combine storytelling, music and comedy to create unforgettable live experiences.
